Before You File

Use this form to formally raise a concern, complaint, or grievance regarding BCSEA's examinations, assessments, or services. Submissions are treated confidentially and reviewed by the BCSEA team.

Please include:

What happened — describe the issue clearly
When and where it occurred
Names of any people or schools involved (if relevant)
Any reference numbers (e.g. roll number, index number)
What outcome you are seeking

Note: For urgent matters or complaints involving safety, please also contact BCSEA directly at bcsea@bcsea.bt.

After submitting, you'll receive a reference code — keep it for your records. BCSEA staff will review every submission and respond by email if a reply is required.
